PRE-ARRIVAL

EXTERNALLY

We are sorry, but  NO PETS are allowed, and the apartment is also strictly NON-SMOKING

ON THE PLUS SIDE - there are good mobile phone &Internet connections

You will also find everyday basics such as toilet rolls, washing up liquid etc.   A put you up bed, cleaning products and ironing equipment.

There is an Information Folder provided which will give details of transport, places to go, things to do and good eating places.

Electric Radiators in the bedroom, should be operated on manual basis. Please see instructions in folder. If used please put back to star position before leaving. Please do not switch it off at the switch.

TELEVISION

TV with integrated DVD . Instructions in folder in magazine rack.

Kitchen  PLEASE MAKE SURE OVEN SWITCH IS TURNED OFF AFTER USE.

En Suite Shower Room shower switch is on the right hand side outside the bedroom. The expelair comes on automatically (if left switched on).

Family Bathroom Shower switch is outside the door on the left hand side.

Towel rail switch is in the hallway on the right hand side of the bathroom door high in the corner.

Water is heated during the night and this provides a full tank for your requirements.

Wheelie Bins are emptied on Friday morning. Please put them at the end of the drive on the Thursday night.

ELECTRICITY

The Economy 7 radiator in the lounge, stores electricity overnight on a cheaper  rate. Please ensure the Input is on at least 3 -  it can also be increased if weather cooler. The output should be low on 1 or 2.


If weather is hot or you do not need the heating on, please bear in mind that if storage is off overnight there will be no heating during the day (there is a radiator for backup). The same applies to the Hall storage heater.
